The project scope included framing new walls with metal studs and installing  sound-insulation within them, followed by hanging and finishing all exposed drywall to a paint-ready finish and performing any necessary drywall patching at wall removal areas. Installing a new ceiling grid with ceiling tiles, along with placing unfaced insulation from exterior walls extending into the room above the ceiling system. We also added framing for a new glass wall. This job included providing and installing two wall-hung lavatories with sensor faucets,  floor-mount tank-type toilets, one wall-hung utility tub, and one break-room sink and faucet, as well as all required rough-ins for relocated fixtures and a new bathroom location.
