This scope of work features installation of green plates on foundation walls, framing of all exterior and interior walls, and construction of window and door openings . It also includes installation of ZIP System sheathing for enhanced weather protection, setting roof trusses, and completing all required truss bracing, hangers, straps, and drywall backing.

Additional structural components consists of installation of shear wall hold-downs and blocking, roof sheathing, and sub-fascia installation to complete the building envelope. Interior framing details such as bulkheads and wall blocking for cabinets, countertops, and bathroom accessories are also included to prepare the space for future finish trades. This phase establishes the structural integrity and readiness of the building for roofing, mechanicals, and interior finishing work.
